SHIPPING FOR COSMETICS AND/OR LASHES
Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 9pm pst will be processed same day. Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Processing can take up to 10 business days during sale times. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays will be processed the following business day. All orders are shipped USPS First Class. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order once it ships. Once your order has been shipped you should receive your tracking number via email. If you are unable to track your package with the email sent you can go to www.usps.com to manually track your package with tracking number provided. If you do not receive a tracking number please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
SHIPPING RATE FOR LASHES AND COSMETICS
There is a flat rate of $4.99 on all domestic orders under $45.00. If your lash/cosmetic order is over $45 there will be free shipping.
We offer USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days) at $10.00 and USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 Business Day) at $25
The rate for international orders is $10.95 or DHL Express Worldwide (3 Business Days) at $35.00
All international orders will be processed the same time frame as domestic (see above). All orders are shipped USPS Standard Shipping. Please allow 7-20 business days to receive your order once it ships. Please note all international customers are responsible for duty fees, shipping charges, and custom charges. Kaila & Co. Beauty LLC is not responsible and will not pay those charges or fees.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES AND DELAYS
Please note that we are provided with an estimated delivery date not a guaranteed date from USPS, therefore we are not responsible for any delayed packages. Also to help ensure that your package is received on time please place your order in a timely manner for events you may have and make sure all billing and address information including apartment and suite numbers are correct to avoid any delays. We are not responsible for any delays due to incorrect billing/address information.
REFUSED/ABANDONED SHIPMENTS AND FRAUD
Kaila & Co. Beauty LLC is not responsible for refused or abandoned packages and we will not issue a refund.
In a attempt to prevent fraudulent activity we may need to contact you to verify your identity and/or your transaction. This may cause a shipping delay and/or order cancellation. Kaila & Co. Beauty LLC will not be responsible for delays in this situation.
